ARROWS provided the client with legal support in the area of labour law, including drafting employment contracts, internal regulations, policies and other key documents ensuring the proper functioning of labour relations in the company.
The legal services were focused on ensuring legal protection of the employer and employees and on effective implementation of labour law regulations into the client's daily operations.
Legal advice included setting up processes in accordance with current legislation and creating a legal framework for resolving labour disputes, including preventing collective disputes or inspections. The client thus gained a stable and transparent system for managing employee relations.
The team was led by Mgr. Jakub Oliva, LL.M., MSc., the leading attorney of the Olomouc office, who specializes in labor law and representing employers in labor disputes. Mgr. Barbora Dlabolová, who focuses on contract law and employment law issues in the private sector.
An important part of the legal support was also the cooperation with JUDr. Zuzana Liškařová, head lawyer of the ARROWS International Centre, who contributed to the setting up of employment law processes also with regard to foreign regulations and specific needs of the client in the international context.
