Structuring of the holding and preparation of SLA contracts for the client

ARROWS provided the client with comprehensive legal advice on creating an efficient holding structure and drafting SLAs (Service Level Agreements).

The project also included the preparation of SLA agreements in various forms, including the definition of the level of services to be provided, the responsibilities of the contracting parties and penalties for non-compliance with the agreed terms.
