ARROWS provided comprehensive legal services to one of Europe's leading suppliers of freight and road transport services in the context of a major restructuring.

This process involved a national merger, which merged three Czech companies. Our experts handled all aspects of the merger, including legal due diligence, preparation of contractual documentation and coordination with the relevant authorities. We successfully set up the client's new corporate structure, streamlined its internal processes and implemented measures to protect its assets.

A key role in this project was played by a team of experienced lawyers led by Mgr. Marek Hučík, who used his expertise in real estate law and commercial contract law. Mgr. Karel Huneš, a specialist in construction law, whose knowledge of regulatory processes ensured the smooth running of the merger. Mgr.
