ARROWS established a SICAV for a client: from structure to registration with the Czech National Bank
We approached the establishment of a SICAV investment fund in 2025 as a managed legal project for our client – from choosing the appropriate structure, through preparing documentation and contractual infrastructure, to communicating with the Czech National Bank and setting up compliance. The result is a fully prepared and regulatory-compliant fund designed to raise capital from qualified investors.

ARROWS Law Firm represented a client in establishing a qualified investor fund in the form of a SICAV. Our activities included designing the corporate and investment structure, drafting statutory documents and internal regulations, coordinating with the depositary and administrator, and handling all communication with the Czech National Bank.
The mandate also included setting up management and control processes, an AML regime, and ongoing compliance so that the fund would meet all the requirements of the Investment Companies and Funds Act from the outset and have clearly defined annual regulatory obligations. The project was conducted with an emphasis on speed, a transparent schedule, and legal certainty of all steps until its successful registration.
