Acquisition and restructuring of a European group

ARROWS provided comprehensive legal advice to a major European supplier in the field of cutting tools, which led to the successful completion of a large-scale legal project.

A key element of this transaction was the acquisition of assets from a German partner in order to strengthen control over the group and to carry out a major restructuring. This process involved the coordination of nine Czech companies and four foreign entities, which enabled more efficient management and protection of the client's assets.

The transaction was led by JUDr. Ondřej Stehlík, LL.M., MBA, partner and associate at ARROWS ETL Global, who focused on contract negotiations, legal audits and regulatory compliance. Thanks to his extensive experience with development and investment projects, he managed to coordinate smoothly with international advisors, which ensured the smooth running of the entire transaction on an international level.
