Regulation and management of alternative investment funds: an effective legal solution

ARROWS provided comprehensive legal services in the establishment of 8 to 10 alternative funds under Section 15 of the Investment Companies and Investment Funds Act (ICAIF).

The legal support included the preparation of complete documentation for each fund, ensuring compliance with applicable legislation and advising on the regulation and management of these specific investment structures.

The team was led by Mgr. Jáchym Petřík and Mgr. Marek Hučík. Jáchym, an expert in financial markets and investment law, brought to the process a deep knowledge of investment companies and technological innovation.
