Comprehensive legal support in the acquisition and restructuring of an international business group

ARROWS ETL Global provided comprehensive legal advice to a leading European die cutting group on a major acquisition and business restructuring. A key element of the transaction was the purchase of assets from the German partner with the aim of controlling the group and streamlining its management. The entire process involved nine Czech companies and four foreign entities and focused on optimising the client's operational structure and asset protection.

Legal support included conducting legal audits, negotiating contractual terms and ensuring compliance with relevant legislation. Coordination with international legal and tax advisors was also an essential part of the transaction, which enabled the smooth running of the entire operation.

The team was led by JUDr. Ondřej Stehlík, LL.M., MBA, partner and associate, who specializes in commercial and corporate law, acquisitions and corporate restructuring. With his experience in development and contractual matters, he oversaw key aspects of the transaction and negotiation of the contractual terms.
