Karel Huneš specializes in construction law and related legal fields. In his practice to date, he has represented clients - developers of various investment projects, builders of family and apartment houses, recreational complexes in mountain areas, etc.

Karel's clients are mainly builders and developers, cities and municipalities, but also those who are affected by construction, damaged and want to prevent it. He deals with clients both in negotiations with general building authorities and with specialized departments within various areas of public administration, or represents them in proceedings before administrative courts.

He deals with construction law on a daily basis and is therefore able to provide his clients with comprehensive advice, which is supported by his detailed knowledge of the field as well as his previous practical experience.
