Jan Medek represents majority or minority shareholders in disputes arising in connection with their participation in the company. He has dealt with his clients on numerous occasions on issues related to share transfers, as well as on issues related to fair-exit or squeeze-out rights.

Jan has handled a number of merger projects. Among others, the merger of a leading national carrier. He handles securities and corporate law, including contracts and litigation. He is able to address clients' needs in terms of setting up a holding company structure and organizing the operations of a business, as well as related issues.

He also specializes in providing legal services in the area of securities law - stocks, bonds and notes. Other areas of law that he deals with include IT and intellectual property law. He has experience in licensing agreements, code escrows and other services for IT organizations.
