At ARROWS, I work as the head of HR and internal development. I focus on ensuring that HR matters across all our centers in the Czech Republic are handled professionally, clearly, and efficiently - from onboarding new colleagues to setting up internal procedures and tools.

I see HR as practical support for people and teams and the systematic setting up of processes. I ensure the onboarding of new colleagues (onboarding agenda, orientation in the team and rules, setting up tools, coordinating training), participate in the standardization of HR procedures across centers, and help managers set up cooperation so that it is predictable and easy to understand.

A significant part of my work involves introducing artificial intelligence into internal practice, especially in the area of HR. I participate in the implementation of AI chatbots and internal AI assistants - from designing their use, to creating and managing knowledge bases, testing and fine-tuning responses, to training colleagues and setting rules for safe use. This allows us to speed up internal communication and routine tasks (e.g., onboarding, internal rules, and operational queries) while maintaining a high standard of information management.

In addition to HR tasks, I am also responsible for the smooth operation of the Olomouc center. I oversee the smooth running of the back office and processes so that the legal team has stable support and can devote itself fully to clients.

In marketing, I coordinate and develop the office's marketing activities – from planning and organizing outputs, through cross-team collaboration, to overseeing communication consistency and supporting business goals.

At the same time, I work with colleagues on transaction and investment issues, particularly in connection with the sale and purchase of companies, development projects, and investment portfolios. My involvement is based on an analytical perspective, coordination of documentation, and support for teams so that work proceeds in a structured manner and with the necessary quality.
