Mgr. Daniel Půlpán

Daniel Půlpán is a graduate of the Faculty of Law at Palacký University in Olomouc and works as a trainee lawyer at the ARROWS law firm. He has gained experience mainly in the area of contractual matters and civil disputes, where he has been involved in the preparation and review of contractual documentation and the representation of clients in court proceedings.

In addition, he has also gained experience in the areas of public procurement, enforcement, and insolvency law. Thanks to this combination of experience, he is able to view legal issues from different angles and propose solutions tailored to the specific situation of each client.

At ARROWS, he continues to build on his previous focus while expanding his specialization to include the area of tax law. This enables him to provide more comprehensive legal support, particularly to entrepreneurs and companies, where the interconnection between civil and tax matters is often crucial.

His goal is always to offer practical, understandable, and effective solutions that help clients prevent disputes and, if they do arise, resolve them successfully.
