Our Slovene partner have recently supported several succesfull transactions from the banking and real estate areas. They are currently involved in merger of several utilities companies. In litigation they representing tennants in a class action suit against the Slovene Real Estate Fund.
They are also representing Slovene Red Cross against several subcontractors lawsuits.
