Michal Kolář graduated from the University of Economics in Prague, where his postgraduate research focused on the topic of corporate behaviour in the conditions of legislative regulation of dependent transactions.
He completed study stays at the University of California, Berkeley, USA and Richard Ivey School of Business in Canada. He has co-authored a book on a practical perspective on group trading.
His main topics of interest are progressive methods of transfer pricing and mathematical and statistical approaches to determining the arm's length price. He is fluent in English and passive in Italian and German.
