Ing. Stanislav Karas, MBA

Stanislav has been with ARROWS since February 2021 and works at the intersection of data, finance, process management, and artificial intelligence. He holds a Master’s degree from the Faculty of Economics, University of South Bohemia in České Budějovice.

Within the firm, he helps translate leadership priorities into measurable metrics, effective processes, and practical technology solutions. He is responsible for the development of business intelligence and management reporting—from designing KPIs and data logic to interpreting outcomes and providing recommendations that support performance and profitability.

He is also a key member of ARROWS’ AI initiatives. He designs and leads the adoption of AI in internal workflows with a strong focus on security, standardization, and long-term sustainability (rather than ad-hoc experimentation). His work includes AI process architecture, setting usage standards, building practical use cases, and working closely with legal teams and developers to implement tools that accelerate delivery and improve output quality.

His approach combines analytical discipline with operational reality: he identifies the highest-ROI opportunities, establishes how impact is measured, and drives solutions from design through implementation and adoption across teams.
