Tereza Snopková focuses primarily on environmental law, including land-use planning issues, and municipal law. Thanks to her unique combination of theory and practice, she provides clients with comprehensive and effective legal support.

She provides legal support to municipalities in dealing with their day-to-day agenda, specifically in the area of land-use planning and in resolving conflicts of public interest, e.g. in the area of renewable energy sources. She also participates as a lecturer in a number of educational events primarily for the municipal sector (Association of Local Authorities).

He works with clients on issues such as water management, protection of agricultural land, waste management, and environmental impact assessment. In the field of land-use planning, he provides support throughout the entire process and also provides legal assistance in administrative and judicial reviews of land-use plans.

As part of her academic work, JUDr. Snopková contributed to the study Analysis and Proposal for the Legal Framework and Support for Renewable Energy Sources in Spatial Planning for the Ministry of Regional Development.

She also collaborated on a project for the Ministry of the Environment: DOCUMENTS FOR THE PREPARATION OF REGIONAL STRATEGIES AND PROJECTS UNDER THE OPŽP 2021-2027 IN THE FIELD OF MUNICIPAL SEWAGE SLUDGE MANAGEMENT
