Alexandra Johnová, is a graduate of the Faculty of Law at Palacký University in Olomouc. During her studies, she began to gain valuable experience in the field of public procurement and gradually expanded her specialization to include labor law.

In the field of public procurement, she specializes in comprehensive legal support for public and sectoral contracting authorities. She focuses primarily on the preparation and administration of tender procedures, setting tender conditions, reviewing contractual documentation, and resolving objections and other procedural issues during the tender process. She helps clients minimize the risk of errors, prevent sanctions, and ensure a legally secure and effective tender process.

In labor law, she advises employers across a range of industries. She focuses primarily on reviewing and preparing employment contracts, agreements on work performed outside of employment, internal regulations, and work rules. She helps clients set up labor law documentation in accordance with current legislation, resolves issues related to the commencement and termination of employment, and represents clients during labor inspections. Her goal is to set up processes that are functional in practice and at the same time stand up to any inspection or judicial review.

A specific area of her practice is advising social service providers, particularly retirement homes and homes for people with disabilities. She helps set up contractual relationships and internal rules and resolves operational and personnel issues in the social services environment.
