Her goal is to set up processes that are functional in practice and at the same time stand up to any inspection or judicial review.
A specific area of her practice is advising social service providers, particularly retirement homes and homes for people with disabilities. She helps set up contractual relationships and internal rules and resolves operational and personnel issues in the social services environment.
