Martin Faktor as a law clerk at ARROWS is particularly involved in public law. His alma mater is the Faculty of Law of Masaryk University in Brno, where I particularly enjoy copyright law and other intellectual property rights, such as trademarks, industrial designs and patents. However, he is no stranger to public procurement or criminal law. He has also gained experience in insolvency and enforcement proceedings. He has a good command of the English language.

As a law clerk, he will help you with the protection of your copyright and related rights, provide you with advice on trademarks, industrial designs, patents, etc.

Martin also handles general civil and commercial law matters ranging from neighborhood disputes to the establishment of business corporations to the resolution of complex business-to-business disputes. Last but not least, he can help you if you intend to award a public contract or participate in a tender procedure as a supplier.
