Vojtěch Sucharda has long specialized in intellectual property law, including IT law. Vojtěch also focuses on trademark issues. A significant part of his practice consists of representing clients in litigation (litigation, arbitration, arbitration) as well as all legal services related to insolvency proceedings.

Vojtěch also represents clients in all stages and types of M&A transactions, both buy-side and sell-side. Vojtěch also specializes in lottery law, where he provides clients with comprehensive advice ranging from concession proceedings to representation in inspections by administrative authorities and advertising regulation.

Vojtěch provides legal advice in the tobacco industry. In the past, he has prepared complex legal opinions for clients regarding the regulation of that industry, including advertising regulation.

Since his studies, when he expanded his knowledge by studying at the Hague Hogeschool, he has also focused on European and international law. He provides legal services, among others, in English, in which he has obtained an ILEC certificate from Cambridge University, confirming his knowledge of legal English at the highest level.
