ARROWS secured compensation exceeding CZK 789,000 for its client

Successfully defending our clients' rights in court is one of our key areas of expertise. In this case, we achieved a fair ruling for our client, which confirmed the invalidity of the termination of her employment and awarded her substantial financial compensation.

ARROWS Law Firm represented a client in a dispute over the invalidity of the termination of her employment against her employer. The employer unilaterally terminated the employment relationship without complying with the law. Our legal representation focused on preparing the lawsuit, thoroughly working with the evidence, and building a comprehensive legal argument that stood up in both courts.

The result was a court ruling that the employment relationship had been terminated invalidly. Based on these judgments, the employer had to pay the client compensation for lost wages, including interest on arrears and court costs, which ultimately amounted to CZK 789,253.95. This result not only confirms the correctness of our procedural strategy, but is also a significant victory for our client, who has achieved justice and full satisfaction.
