Comprehensive restructuring and syndicated financing in a group of industrial manufacturers

The project involved extensive reorganization of the ownership structure within an international group, involving multiple transfers of Czech entities and a complete restructuring of the corporate setup.

The transaction also included the negotiation of syndicated financing in accordance with Loan Market Association standards, with the participation of two leading Czech banks and an international law firm.
