ARROWS lawyers took action against misuse of client's name

The unauthorized use of the client's name and the creation of fictitious websites threatened his good reputation. ARROWS Law Firm quickly took over the case, set a clear strategy for protecting his personality rights, and prepared all steps necessary to enforce his claims.

ARROWS Law Firm represented a client in a sensitive matter concerning the protection of personality rights, the core of which was the unauthorized use of his name and the creation of a fictitious website. Such conduct interfered with the client's good reputation and caused him harm.

The firm's legal advice included, in particular, the preparation and sending of cease and desist letters to the responsible persons, the quantification and enforcement of claims for compensation for damages, and the setting of the overall procedural strategy. An important part of the representation was strategic advice on the protection of personal rights in the online environment and the preparation of all necessary legal documents for out-of-court and court enforcement of claims.
