Although the client was found guilty and ordered to pay damages in both cases, including one final judgment, our team succeeded in the Supreme Court. Through a consistent legal strategy, an acquittal was obtained and the client was cleared of all charges.

This success is due to the excellent work of Mgr. Petr Valent, LL.M., attorney at law and partner at ARROWS, who, thanks to his extensive experience and expertise in commercial law, international transactions and energy, was able to prepare an effective defense. Petr regularly handles complex legal cases and his attention to detail and strategic approach brings our clients success in even the most complex disputes.

This case highlights our team's expertise in criminal law and our ability to successfully defend our clients' interests in even the most complex legal disputes.
