Clients don't want to pay for hours. They want to pay for results. That's why, after an initial analysis, you receive a pricing plan with a fixed price for every next step. You know what you will pay before we start.

We can do this thanks to technology we have been building in-house for four years. We process hundreds of pages of contracts and documents in a fraction of the time, run automated checks of public registers and insolvency records, and find relevant case law in minutes. The machine handles the routine. Judgement, strategy and responsibility stay with the lawyer.

Price known upfront. A pricing plan with a fixed price for each step. A legal opinion starts at CZK 14,900 excl. VAT.

Speed without compromise. We process hundreds of pages in hours, not weeks. We check the other side in public registers before the first meeting and often find what nobody told you.

Always up to date. The full history of your matter is on record. Whether you call us tomorrow or in a year, we know exactly where we left off, and you don't have to explain anything again.

Practical, not academic.

• We start with the conclusion and the recommendation. Theory goes in the appendix, if you want it.

• For every risk we propose a solution: specific wording you can send to the other side.

• We put a figure in Czech crowns on the risk, so you know what is at stake.

• We are always on your side. We draft and review contracts from your position, not a neutral one.

• If something can't be verified, we say so. We keep facts separate from assumptions.

A lawyer is accountable. Every output is reviewed and signed off by an attorney. We use AI under an internal policy based on the Czech Bar Association's guidance.
