ARROWS established a SICAV for a client: from structure to registration with the Czech National Bank
ARROWS Law Firm represented a client in establishing a qualified investor fund in the form of a SICAV. Our activities included designing the corporate and investment structure, drafting statutory documents and internal regulations, coordinating with the depositary and administrator, and handling all communication with the Czech National Bank.

The mandate also included setting up management and control processes, an AML regime, and ongoing compliance so that the fund would meet all the requirements of the Investment Companies and Funds Act from the outset and have clearly defined annual regulatory obligations. The project was conducted with an emphasis on speed, a transparent schedule, and legal certainty of all steps until its successful registration.
