ARROWS established a SICAV for a client: from structure to registration with the Czech National Bank
Setting up a SICAV requires the right fund structure, documentation, contractual framework and communication with the Czech National Bank so the fund can raise capital from qualified investors safely. Registration alone is not enough; risk management, anti-money laundering controls and ongoing compliance must work from the start. This article explains how ARROWS took a client from initial structuring through successful registration.
The mandate also included setting up management and control processes, the AML regime, and ongoing compliance so that the fund met all requirements of the Czech Act on Investment Companies and Investment Funds from the outset and had clearly defined annual regulatory obligations.
