ARROWS expands partner ranks to become a leader in AI consulting
Jan Medek is a specialist in disputes between partners of companies and has been with the firm from the very beginning. He has handled dozens of disputes in commercial companies and helped introduce the first sophisticated system solutions to the company years ago.
Jakub Oliva is a respected employment law specialist. He is also sought after for his lecturing activities. During the Covid era, he was one of the first to bring the law to the online world and has also been involved in online help for entrepreneurs stuck in closed quarantine cities.
The firm's first ever partner is the current COO, Petra Hučíková. Among other things, she is in charge of integrating artificial intelligence into daily operations to help the firm price effectively for clients. "By the way the office actually operates in different cities and cooperates with foreign countries, we have to be as efficient as possible in terms of processes and data," Hučíková adds. She is also the new head of AI implementation at ARROWS.
The managing partner of the firm, attorney Jakub Dohnal, said that it is extremely important for him to expand the firm on a partnership basis as much as possible. "ARROWS wants to be a leader in AI and new approaches in advocacy. But to do that, we need that natural intelligence as well, which is why our new partners are extremely valuable to us."
