Comprehensive legal support for VAT registration for a global cannabinoid distributor
Our law firm provided comprehensive legal services to a global distributor of cannabinoids in registering for value added tax (VAT) in the Netherlands.

The transaction involved drafting the necessary documentation, coordinating with the Dutch authorities and working with a local law firm. The main objective was to ensure that the client met all legal and tax obligations associated with operating in the European market, while maximizing the effectiveness of its tax strategy.
The team was led by Mgr. Vojtěch Sucharda, an expert in international law and cannabinoid regulation, and Mgr. Barbora Dlabolová, specialist in health and pharmaceutical law. Vojtěch's experience with legal issues in European markets and Barbora's insight into the specific regulation of cannabis and related products made the whole process run efficiently and smoothly.
This project highlights our ability to provide our clients with precise legal support in the area of cross-border regulation and complex tax requirements, with an emphasis on detailed knowledge of country-specific legislation.
