Legal advice on opening an MRI clinic

ARROWS provided comprehensive legal services to a client in opening an outpatient MRI practice.

Our assistance included the entire process of obtaining authorization to provide medical services, including securing professional counsel, preparing contractual documentation for applications, and advising on proceedings with insurance companies and the Ministry of Health. We also provided the client with legal advice and secured the necessary documentation to fulfill all requirements for obtaining authorization.

Once the authorisation was obtained, we prepared the documentation necessary for the operation of the dispensary, including contracts, terms and conditions and other relevant legal documents. Our services ensured that the client was able to commence operation of this specialized medical service without hindrance.

The team was led by Mgr. Barbora Dlabolová, who specializes in medical and pharmaceutical law. Thanks to her expertise in this area and her experience with the contractual agenda, we were able to provide our client with full support in meeting all legal and regulatory requirements.
