Legal advice on the acquisition of residential buildings and corporate bond issues
ARROWS provided the client with comprehensive legal support in the due diligence and subsequent acquisition of apartment buildings, as well as in the preparation and implementation of two sub-limit issues of secured corporate bonds.

As part of the legal due diligence, we analyzed all aspects related to the real estate, identified potential legal risks and ensured the preparation and review of contractual documentation for ownership transfers. The entire process was conducted with an emphasis on ensuring compliance with legal requirements and coordination with other professionals involved in the transaction.
In advising on the corporate bond issue, we prepared all necessary documentation, including the terms of issue, arranged investor negotiations and oversaw the proper set-up of the bond security in accordance with regulatory requirements.
The team was led by Mgr. Lukáš Nálevka, an attorney specializing in corporate law and business regulation, who has extensive experience in corporate bond issues and legal support for entrepreneurs in the area of investment plans.
Thanks to the precise work of our colleagues, the client has gained a legally stable basis for the implementation of investment transactions and financing of future business projects.
