Legal advisory services in drafting contractual documentation for a major residential project in Hradec Králové
ARROWS provided legal support in the preparation of contractual documentation for one of the largest residential development projects in Hradec Králové, which included the construction of approximately 150 residential units.
The legal services consisted mainly in drafting the contractual terms and conditions for the sale of individual residential units and providing comprehensive protection of the client throughout the transaction.
