Legal representation in the sale of a company owning a photovoltaic power plant
ARROWS represented its client in the sale of a joint stock company owning a photovoltaic power plant with a licensed capacity of 1.2 MW.
The legal services included drafting the complete transaction documentation, negotiating terms with the buyer and coordinating with the bank that had a lien on the shares and technology of the PV plant.
