The legal services included drafting the terms and conditions for the distribution of goods and the contractual documentation necessary to provide the vehicle rental service. The advice also included support in resolving commercial disputes with suppliers and other business partners. Due to new legislation in the field of cannabinoids, we also advised the client on the seizure of shipments and other legal issues in this specific area.

The team was led by Mgr. Vojtěch Sucharda, a senior associate at ARROWS International and an expert in intellectual property law and litigation, whose experience played a key role in protecting the client's rights. Mgr. Barbora Dlabolová, a specialist in medical and pharmaceutical law, whose expertise in the legal regulation of the cannabis industry contributed significantly to the successful outcome.

Thanks to the excellent work of our colleagues, the client obtained an efficient and safe solution for expanding its business with new services, including legal protection in specific issues related to the distribution of cannabinoids.
