Legal support in resolving complex commercial disputes and drafting purchase agreements for an Italian client

ARROWS successfully represented an Italian client in the preparation and negotiation of several purchase contracts for the production of machine tools concluded with a Czech business partner.

In this transaction, we focused on the resolution of a dispute arising from a breach of an exclusive representation agreement between the client and the Czech partner. Our legal services included not only the interpretation of the individual contracts, but also strategic advice regarding the enforcement of the client's claims and the determination of which country and under which law the potential dispute should be resolved.

The team was led by JUDr. Vladimír Janošek, an attorney specializing in complex corporate litigation and legal analysis. With his in-depth knowledge of corporate law and experience in challenging legal cases, Vladimír helped ensure that the client's claims were protected and that strategic steps led to a successful outcome.
