Meet Our Expert: Alice Dajčarová

An ARROWS attorney contributed to the new publication "The New Construction Law".

Mgr. Alice Dajčarová, LL.M., MSc., as a member of the author's collective, contributed to the professional publication "New Construction Law", published by C. H. Beck. The book systematically covers construction law under the Czech Building Act and related regulations.

A woman at ARROWS holds a book on the new Building Act.

The publication addresses, among other things, the organization of the construction administration, zoning and planning, construction requirements, the building code, environmental protection, expropriation, and the digitalization of procedures. It is intended primarily for attorneys, building authority officials, developers, investors, and students.

"Construction law has undergone fundamental changes in recent years and in practice, it raises many new interpretive and procedural questions. I am pleased to have been able to contribute to a publication that combines expert interpretation with situations actually faced by builders, investors, municipalities, and their legal advisors," says Alice Dajčarová.

At ARROWS, Alice Dajčarová has a long-term focus on real estate, construction law, and legal support for developers. The publication "New Construction Law" is available in the C. H. Beck publishing house e-shop.
