Preparation of contractual documentation for investors and client holding companies

ARROWS provided the client with comprehensive legal support in the preparation of contractual documentation for recurring transactions within its holding and cooperation with investors.

The transaction involved multiple companies within the client's business group and various investors, including institutional lenders.

Legal services included drafting loan agreements, security agreements, guarantee agreements and promissory notes, including refinancing of prior commitments. The transaction also included coordination with both the original and new lenders to achieve optimal financing set-up and secure legal relationships.

The team was led by Mgr. Jan Medek, an attorney specializing in corporate, securities and merger law. Thanks to his experience in setting up holding structures and dealing with complex legal issues in the field of capital markets, the transaction was successfully implemented.
