Real estate acquisition: from lease to ownership
ARROWS Law Firm provided comprehensive legal advice on setting up a holding structure and the subsequent acquisition of real estate that the client had previously only leased. Restructuring within the group made it possible to optimize the administration and management of individual entities, while acquiring ownership rights to the real estate became a key step for further business development. Ownership of the operating premises brought the client not only greater stability and control, but also room for long-term planning and investment.

Legal support included the preparation and execution of all necessary documents for intra-group transfers, ensuring compliance with legal regulations, and coordination with financial advisors. Our team of lawyers also led negotiations with property owners, prepared purchase agreements, and participated in securing financing for the acquisitions.
We would like to thank our excellent lawyers, especially Mgr. Jan Medek, who specializes in mergers and acquisitions, setting up holding structures, and resolving complex corporate disputes. His expertise and broad legal practice were key to the successful completion of the transaction and confirmed the high quality of the entire team's work.
