ARROWS Law Firm provided legal advice to a global leader in the production of travel document fabrics in the successful completion of a strategic acquisition, resulting in the transfer of 100% of the business share from a foreign owner to the existing management of the company.

The acquisition was cross-border in nature and involved legal aspects in both the Czech Republic and the Netherlands.

The legal services included comprehensive preparation and negotiation of transaction documentation, legal support during the due diligence process, and coordination of the entire acquisition process until its successful completion.

The team was led by Mgr. Vojtěch Sucharda, senior associate at ARROWS International and specialist in M&A and international commercial law.
