Representing the owner of municipal flats: rent increases and litigation
ARROWS provided comprehensive legal services to the client, the owner of municipal apartments, which led to the successful conclusion of amendments with a total of 164 tenants.
These amendments allowed for an across-the-board increase in rent, which resulted in a significant increase in the client's income. The legal service included drafting and negotiating lease amendments, advising on rent increases and representing the client in litigation against 30 tenants who refused to sign the amendments.
