Revision of a lease agreement for a client in a newly constructed warehouse building
ARROWS advised the client on the conclusion of a lease agreement for non-residential premises in a newly built warehouse building.

The review of the contract included a comprehensive assessment of legal obligations, protection of the client's interests and setting the terms of the long-term lease to ensure the highest possible legal comfort and stability of the contractual relationship.
Legal support included negotiating key contractual provisions and identifying risks associated with the lease relationship. The aim was to ensure maximum flexibility and legal certainty for the client in its business activities.
The team was led by Mgr. Marek Hučík, a senior associate in ARROWS' Prague office, who specializes in real estate law and commercial contracts. Thanks to his experience in lease relations and commercial transactions, optimal contractual terms were achieved.
Thanks to the precise work of our colleagues, the legal protection of the client and the smooth conclusion of the lease relationship were ensured.
