Stay of unjustified execution in the Supreme Court

ARROWS represented a client who had been facing what he considered to be an unjustified foreclosure for many years.

Thanks to a thorough analysis of previous decisions of the execution court and detailed legal argumentation, it was possible to prove that the court had not acted correctly in previous decisions and had applied incorrect legislation. The Supreme Court accepted our argumentation and obliged the execution court to comply with it, which led to a complete halt of the unjustified execution against our client.

The case involved not only a thorough analysis of the legal documents, but also the preparation and presentation of the arguments before the Supreme Court. Further legal action ensured the recovery of the wrongfully recovered funds and complete protection of our client's rights.
