Structuring of the holding and preparation of SLA contracts for the client

Setting up a robust holding structure was key to optimising the management and governance of the client's individual companies, while the legal solution was designed with an emphasis on long-term stability and efficiency.

The project also included the preparation of SLA agreements in various forms, including the definition of the level of services to be provided, the responsibilities of the contracting parties and penalties for non-compliance with the agreed terms. Consistent legal regulations ensured not only the protection of the client's business interests, but also transparent and efficient contractual relations with its partners.

The team was led by Mgr. Jan Medek, an attorney specializing in corporate law, holding structures and securities law, who has extensive experience in setting up corporate structures and contractual documentation. Thanks to his expertise in corporate mergers and organizational changes, the client was able to create an efficient holding model and ensure the legal strength of business relationships.
