Successful defence of a client charged with the particularly serious crime of credit fraud

ARROWS represented the client in criminal proceedings in which he faced charges of a particularly serious crime of credit fraud.

If found guilty, he faced up to ten years' imprisonment, a fine of hundreds of thousands of crowns, a long-term ban on exercising activities in the statutory bodies of companies and a personal obligation to compensate for the alleged damage.

The defence relied on a thorough legal analysis, carefully conducted evidence and strategic argumentation, which succeeded in proving that the client could not have caused any damage by his actions and that the loan default was not due to a criminal act. The result was a final acquittal and full rehabilitation of the client.

The team was led by Mgr. Oliver Uraz, LL.M., an attorney specializing in litigation and criminal law, including the defense of economic crime cases. His expertise in criminal and bankruptcy law resulted in a fair resolution in favor of the client.

Thanks to the meticulous work of our colleagues, it was possible to defend the client's innocence and protect his professional and personal future.
