Successful defence of a client in a dispute for compensation for non-pecuniary damage
ARROWS represented its client in a long-running lawsuit for compensation for non-pecuniary damage, in which the client was a defendant.

The proceedings were commenced in 2019 and finally concluded last year with a fully successful outcome for the client - the court dismissed the claim in its entirety.
The dispute, although before the Czech courts, was conducted under the substantive foreign law of a non-EU European state, which required a thorough knowledge of international law and precise reasoning within the foreign legal system. Our legal support included the preparation of evidence, drafting a comprehensive legal strategy and representing the client in court hearings. The client also succeeded in its claim for costs.
The team was led by Mgr. Oliver Uraz, LL.M., an attorney specializing in litigation and insolvency law. His consistency and experience in litigation and pursuing claims before courts of all levels contributed to the winning result.
Successful client advocacy and meticulously crafted legal arguments underscore the high level of our team's work in litigation and dispute resolution.
