Successful legal defence of a client against the return of tens of millions of crowns in subsidies

Thanks to a careful legal review of the subsidy documentation and a strategic appeal, a significant reduction in the amount claimed was achieved and the unjustified payment assessment was proven. The legal support included a detailed analysis of the subsidy rules and regulations, preparation of the appeal and evidence to support the client's argument.
