Successful merger and corporate transformation of Europe's leading carrier

This process involved a national merger, which merged three Czech companies. Our experts handled all aspects of the merger, including legal due diligence, preparation of contractual documentation and coordination with the relevant authorities. We successfully set up the client's new corporate structure, streamlined its internal processes and implemented measures to protect its assets.
