Successful reversal of a final judgment: Client acquitted in the Supreme Court
ARROWS has achieved a significant success in a criminal case involving charges of fraudulently obtaining a licence to operate a photovoltaic power plant and producing false audit reports.
Although the client was found guilty in both cases, one of which was a final conviction, and sentenced to pay damages, our team was successful in obtaining an acquittal in the Supreme Court.
