Ing. Jana Lafková

I have been with ARROWS tax&accounting, s.r.o. since March 2021.

I am responsible for managing the office and ensuring it runs correctly. I communicate very actively with all team members. I am intensively involved in reporting, setting up and reviewing accounting processes and related consulting, analytical evaluation of reports and follow-up advisory work, internal audit and methodological support.

As an accountant, I worked for several years at an international company, where I gradually advanced from an invoicing clerk to the position of finance department leader, and later moved into financial controlling and reporting. It is precisely in this area that I have many years of experience gained at international companies.
