Ing. Pavla Hladíková

Pavla Hladíková serves as the Chief Business Officer of the ARROWS law firm, where, in direct cooperation with Managing Partner JUDr. Jakub Dohnal, Ph.D., LL.M. and Attorney and Partner JUDr. Lukáš Slanina, she is responsible for business development, building strategic partnerships, and managing relationships with the firm's key clients.

In her role, she connects ARROWS' legal know-how with the real-world business of clients – her focus is not on offering individual legal services, but on understanding the client's business as a whole: its business model, investment plans, financing, and the risks associated with future growth. This enables her to identify where ARROWS can bring real value to the client and connect them with the right expertise within the team.

She pays special attention to the real estate and development segment, where, in addition to the legal aspects of a project, she also monitors its investment, financial, and commercial context – factors that are often decisive for the success of the entire venture for business owners, investors, and developers.

Banking and Corporate Experience

Pavla has over 15 years of experience in banking, corporate finance, and business. She has held senior business and management roles in medium and large banks – from managing major corporate and institutional clients to directing a corporate center and a regional branch network.

She has served, among other roles, as a Senior Relationship Manager for SMEs at Česká spořitelna (clients with a turnover of over CZK 100 million) and as Head of Corporate/SME Banking at Volksbank/Sberbank CZ, where she was responsible for acquisition activities, the preparation and approval of loan proposals, and managing business teams. She further supplemented her experience with investment advisory for key clients and financial management in the manufacturing and investment sectors.

Thanks to this background, she has long-standing experience working with business owners, top management, and investors, and understands complex business cases across various industries – from operational financing and investment projects to ESG consulting.

Education and Professional Development

She is a graduate of the University of Pardubice, with a degree in Public Sector Economics (Ing.) and Public Economics and Administration (Bc.). She continuously expands her professional expertise – in recent years, she has completed ESG certification, the Slovak Capital Market professional examination, an insurance examination, negotiation and sales skills courses, and training focused on the use of AI in administration and communication.
