Ing. Václav Kural

Václav brings to ARROWS a wealth of experience spanning more than a decade at the international QSR chain Subway, which was undergoing a massive global transformation during his time there. Over the course of his career, he worked his way up from the position of Field Consultant, through Operations Manager for the CEE region, to the role of Head of Operations for NNDACH. At the head offices in Amsterdam and Cologne, he led not only operational teams but also L&D teams. He helped implement global strategy into local markets across 22 European countries; by personally leading training sessions, he introduced new processes and concepts; and he carried out hundreds of operational and financial audits, which led to more efficient processes and higher profits.

He built on this executive experience as a certified facilitator of corporate workshops focused on shaping corporate culture, successfully guiding more than 150 leaders across Europe through two-day development programmes.

At ARROWS, he holds the position of Chief People, Culture & Transformation Officer (CPCTO). His role is to align human potential with the company’s dynamic growth, create a stimulating environment for the natural adoption of artificial intelligence into day-to-day work, and foster a culture of high yet sustainable performance.
