ARROWS provided comprehensive legal support in the preparation of documents for regional strategies and projects under the Operational Programme Environment 2021-2027, focused on sludge management from municipal wastewater treatment plants (WWTPs).
This challenging transaction involved a detailed analysis of the legislation and case law of the CJEU, particularly in the area of waste regime and waste-to-product.
The legal advice included the preparation of documents and documentation necessary for the formulation of strategies and projects, consultation on the legal aspects of sludge management and sludge-to-product conversion, and expert advice contributing to the effective implementation of projects.
This cooperation was led by Mgr. Antonín Hajdušek, LL.M., who is a specialist in public procurement, EU subsidies and financial contributions from public budgets. Antonín's expertise in legal defence against subsidy cuts and experience in public law audits and litigation contributed to the smooth running of the entire transaction and the achievement of key project objectives.
Our colleagues did an excellent job providing the client with legal certainty in the preparation and implementation of sustainable environmental policy projects.
