The law firm ARROWS represented a client in the acquisition of a company associated with extensive assets in an industrial area, where the land was co-owned by several entities.

Legal services included the complete handling of the initial transaction – that is, the purchase of a share in the company and the cancellation of its liquidation – up to subsequent steps, including the preparation and negotiation of contractual documentation and coordination of the process with all involved parties.

The legal representation also included a comprehensive agenda for settling the co-ownership of the land – both through ongoing court proceedings and through out-of-court negotiations and contractual purchase of shares from other co-owners.
